200hr Yoga Teacher Training
MODERN TEACHING IN THE HEART OF YOGA
ROOTED IN SELF-LOVE & CONNECTION
Your JOURNEY begins here
This is where you dive deeper, peeling back another layer. This is where you allow your curiosity about the practice that heals you, reveal more about yourself than you ever imagined. Beyond the yoga books, we discover who we truly are as yogis. This is where transformation at your core happens.

Our foundational Yoga Teacher Training is designed for anyone who feels a deep calling to explore the richer, more profound aspects of yoga beyond what’s typically offered in regular classes. This journey isn’t just about learning to teach—it’s about deepening your connection with yourself and the world around you. While some may feel inspired to teach after completing the training, it’s never a requirement.
We recommend at least one year of yoga practice before enrolling, though it’s not a strict prerequisite.
Above all, we ask that you come with an open heart, a willingness to embrace the ancient teachings of yoga, and a curiosity to explore how they resonate in your own life. By the end of this training, you will earn a certification to teach yoga—but more importantly, you will step into a lifelong path of growth, self-discovery, and transformation. And that is just the beginning.
