POLICIES

Our policies exist to help create a fair experience for everyone and to demonstrate our respect to our clients and staff.

Class Policies

Signing Up For Classes 

  • Drop-ins are welcome so long as there is space in the class. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in and be added to class. 

  • You may sign up for classes online using your client profile account or download our app "Vibe Ten Studio"

  • There is a minimum class attendance of 3 participants required for class.

Arrive On Time

  • Please arrive a minimum of 5 minute prior to class. We recommend 10 min if you need to change. 

  • If you are not in the studio within 2 minutes to class, your spot will be forfeited to a client who is on the waitlist.

On The Waitlist...

  • Please see the charts below for helpful information on how navigate being on the waitlist

  • Waitlisted clients may show up for class and take a spot if someone on the attendance list does not show up. 

 

Cancellation and No-Show Fees

Group Classes

  • Group Class registration can be cancelled up to 3 hours prior to the start of class. 

  • If a cancellation occurs within 3 hours to the start of class, a late cancellation penalty of $15 +hst will be charged to your card held on file.

  • If you do not show up for class, a $25 fee will be charged to your card held on file.

Sauna & Cold Plunge Bookings

  • Sauna & Cold Plunge bookings may be cancelled up to 6 hours prior to the booking.

  • If a cancellation occurs within 6 hours before the booking, a late cancellation penalty of $25 will be charged to your card held on file. 

  • Late arrival for Sauna & Cold Plunge bookings are permitted at the remainder of the allotted time left. Appointment extensions are not permitted. Meaning for a 30 minutes session, should you arrive 10 minutes late, you will have 20 minutes remaining only for your session. 

  • If you do not show up for your booking, a $30 fee will be charged to your card held on file.

Personal Training Appointments

  • Personal Training appointments can be cancelled up to 12 hours prior to the start of the appointment. 

  • Late arrival for Personal Training sessions are permitted at the remainder of the allotted time left. Appointment extensions are not permitted. Meaning for a 1 hour session, should you arrive 20 minutes late, you will have 40 minutes remaining for your session. 

  • Late cancellation or No-Shows for Personal Training sessions will result in a loss of the session. 

  • No refunds are permitted on late cancel or no-show fees. There are no exceptions to this policy.
