About
After being diagnosed with breast cancer, Lead Trainer, Lisa made the leap to transition from teaching primary school to pursuing her passion for yoga, health, and fitness. It was during her journey to becoming an certified yoga teacher, and Personal Trainer, that Lisa discovered the nurturing mindset of empowerment through movement and health.
Studio Owner, Jen, is on her own transformation path after two knee injuries led her to weighing her heaviest ever. This took a toll on her self-esteem and caused her to re-evaluate how she shows up for herself. Now a mobility specialist and yoga teacher, Jen finds purpose in helping others increase their joint health and mobility.
Whether you're coming out of an injury, or have had life-changing health scares, or have struggled with finding confidence, we've walked in your shoes. The Evolve program is designed with you, for you! We will work together to focus on functional movement, and connecting your physical and mental well-being.

Since the start of Vibe Ten Studio almost 3 years ago, Lisa & Jen cannot believe the impact that movement has brought to their lives.
They've seen first-hand the positive affects yoga has had on their clients and have experienced the benefits themselves.
Within this realization, Lisa has craftily masterminded Evolve so she can continue to help others achieve the same impactful shifts. With the help of Jen, together, they set out to on a mission to change lives for the better. And it starts with movement.
Movement in the body. Movement away from limiting beliefs. Movement towards love, joy, and self-acceptance. Movement as a means to heal. Movement to stay in pursuit of our wildest dreams. Movement to Evolve.

How much does your program and coaching cost?All clients receive a bespoke and tailored service from our collective of coaches and specialists in the Evolve program. So as a client, we want to make sure that you are ready to invest in yourself to reach your goals. The price for coaching depends on your specific goals and will be discussed on your initial consultation call. Please note all bespoke coaching plans require a minimum commitment of 3 months.

What can I expect?Once you join Evolve, you will be assigned to one of our industry-leading coaches. They will create a training plan tailored to your chosen pathway, individual needs, goals, and lifestyle. You will receive a weekly, thorough, and personalized check-in from your coach, allowing us to assess your weekly data, discuss your wins, set intentions for the week, and make any plan amendments. Your workout program will refresh every two weeks to keep you from plateauing and mentally stimulated. However, Evolve is so much more than just coaching. Our teams offer continuous support with access to them 24/7 via messaging. Additionally, you will be a part of a supportive community that you can rely on to keep you motivation and inspired when we need. As a team, we foster very personal relationships with our community and pride ourselves on maintaining a safe space to ensure that we can help you flourish both mentally and physically, regardless of your background or goals.

How will I billed?Evolve is a 3-month minimum commitment with 2x in-person coaching sessions per week, plus continuous online support. Billing occurs monthly and is charged to your credit card or Visa debit card.

The Evolve program is for those that are serious about making long-lasting and sustainable life changes. This is not a quick fix program and while we would love to help everyone, we are extremely selective of our clients. We work with people who understand that hard work and vulnerability will be necessary and that at times, can be confronting.
