Thai-Stretch Bodywork
A 1-hr Thai-Stretch Bodywork session is a holistic and transformative experience based on the StretchA Method that blends assisted stretching with principles from Thai massage, osteopathic techniques and yoga to create deep physical and energetic alignment. This method not only enhances flexibility and mobility but also promotes a sense of inner balance and well-being.

Reiki Healing Sessions
Reiki is a gentle Japanese healing technique that channels universal energy to promote wellness, reduce stress, and support natural healing through light touch.
*Payment is required to book appointments. No refunds are offered on appointment cancellations. Rescheduling permitted if cancellation occurs before the late cancel window. Late cancel window is 12hours prior to appointment. Cancellations that occur within 12hours result in a loss of appointment.
