Our policies exist to help create a fair experience for everyone and to demonstrate our respect to our clients and staff.

Payment Policies

Payments

  • All payments are subject to HST

  • Payment is due at the time of purchasing classes and memberships. 

  • If there are any outstanding balances, your account will be blocked from registering for classes until reconciled.

  • Payment will automatically be attempted by our system up to 3 times. Should payments decline more than 3 times, an additional $25 service fee will be added to client's owing balance.

Cash Free â€‹

  • We are a cash free environment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Debit Visa cards.

Refunds & Returns

  • We do not offer refunds or returns on classes, memberships, penalty fees, services, trainings, workshops, events, or retail products. All sales are final.
